The only information we actively collect is what you choose to give us through our contact form: your name, email address, phone number, and the message you send. We don't ask for anything we don't need.

Like most websites, our hosting server also keeps standard access logs, including your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit. This is routine technical record-keeping that helps keep the site secure and running.

We use your contact details for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry. A copy of each enquiry is also sent to a secure forms inbox managed by our website provider, so nothing gets lost.

We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists.

We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use the site, such as which pages are popular and how visitors arrive. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects anonymised usage data. It does not tell us who you are.

You can opt out of Google Analytics across all websites using Google's browser add-on, or by clearing and blocking cookies in your browser settings.

A few trusted third-party services help this website run. Each one may receive limited technical information, such as your IP address, when a page loads or a form is submitted:

• Cloudflare Turnstile checks that contact-form submissions come from real people rather than bots.
• SMTP2GO delivers contact-form enquiries to us by email.

We keep enquiry emails for as long as we reasonably need them to help you and to keep a record of our dealings. If you would like us to delete your enquiry and details, just ask.

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email sales@lonestarrealestate.com.au and we will sort it out.
